Box 1 contains correspondence, publications, and reports. The correspondence files are titled by the name of the chief correspondent. These include Executive Secretaries Earl S. Erb and Luther A. Gotwald as well as Staff Secretaries Fred J. Fiedler, Herbert L. Gilbert, Edwin Moll, and M. Edwin Thomas. One file contains correspondence from missionary Wallace J. Wolfe, long-time treasurer of the mission in British Guiana. The publications consist of pamphlets, booklets, and typescript stories. The reports are from conferences and from individual missionaries and BFM workers. Box 2 consists of subject files. Among these are files of minutes and correspondence of the Association of Missionaries (called Mission Council before 1961) and several files related to the Skeldon Lutheran High School.
